We’re roughly seven miles north of Bristol city centre, just off the intersection of the M4 and M5, in the Bradley Stoke region of Bristol. This thriving area is home to many businesses looking for a workspace away from busy and expensive city centre locations. Nearby you’ll find a host of amenities and facilities, like shopping at Cribbs Causeway, plus many eateries, supermarkets, banks and leisure facilities – making it an attractive place for employees. Coming to visit us? We’re easy to find:

• By car: We’re a 4-minute drive from junction 16 of the M5. Take this junction when travelling from the M4 too. We’re about a 20-minute drive from the city centre via the M32.

• By rail: The nearest train stations are Patchway – roughly two miles away – and Bristol Parkway – around three miles away. From Patchway and Bristol Parkway, it takes about ten minutes by car or a 15-minute cycle. The 73 citylines bus takes you close to the business centre and takes around half an hour.

• By bus: The nearest bus stops are located on Woodlands Road – around a five-minute walk to and from the business centre. Eagles Wood bus stop serves 73 citylines, 963 and S7C buses. If you’re taking the bus from the city centre, the quickest route is via the M1 Metrobus, taking around half an hour, stopping at Patchwood Brook.

• By air: Bristol airport is the closest, roughly 16 miles away. From here, it takes around half an hour to reach us by car via the M5, or about an hour and a half by public transport via Bristol city centre.

With a managed office space, you get a blank canvas, so you can fully customise your office space how you see fit. We provide short-term license agreements – starting from 12 months – or longer-term multi-year leases.
