BizSpace Northampton KG House is located around a mile and a half northwest of the town centre. This makes it an ideal location for businesses looking for workspace just outside the busy town centre, but with good access to and from it. The surrounding area is home to out-of-town shopping, eateries, leisure facilities like gyms, and supermarkets a short drive away. The town centre, with its vast array of shops and restaurants, is a short drive away. And for green spaces, we have King’s Heath Park and Dallington Park, both a short walk away – ideal for lunchtime walks or jogs before and after work.
By car: We are located around three miles from junctions 15A (via the A5123) and 16 (via the A4500) of the M1, taking about ten to fifteen minutes, depending on traffic. Getting to us from town is easy – taking under ten minutes – via the A4500, Harleston Road and Mill Lane, or via Gladstone Road.
By train: The nearest train station is Northampton, around a mile and a half away. From here, it takes roughly half an hour to walk, under ten minutes to cycle or drive, or a 20-minute bus. Trains to and from London are regular – with two or three direct trains every hour – taking around an hour or under.
By bus: The nearest bus stop to the business centre is the Portakabin Factory stop located on Gladstone Road. From here, it’s around a five-minute walk to the office. This bus stop is served by the number 8 and 31 buses. Bus number 8 from town is regular – around every 20 minutes – taking roughly 12 minutes.
By air: There are two close by.London Luton is around 40 miles away, taking about 50 minutes to reach by car via the M1. Birmingham is just under 50 miles away, taking around an hour to reach by car via the M1 and M6.
We have various sized offices to rent, from around 80 square feet, suitable for up to two people, to around 420 square feet, ideal for a larger team of around 10 people. Our rooms are bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. They can be rented as managed offices, meaning they come unfurnished as a blank canvas. This gives you more freedom to make the workspace your own. The fee you pay covers your rent, plus access to our business centre facilities, like the on-site team, communal areas, on-site parking and more. Spaces are available to rent on a flexible licence agreement of 12 months or a longer multi-year lease.
