Longport Enterprise Centre in Stoke on Trent offers industrial units, workshops, storage units and studio space at affordable prices. We have 15 units to rent, ranging from 1,350 - 7,500 square feet (125 - 696 square metres).

The business centre, which amounts to 55,082 square feet (5,117 square metres) of business space, offers plenty of secure parking and good vehicle access to all units. Our units are available using our flexible licence agreement, which makes it possible to sign up and move in on the same day. They also mean you do not need to be tied into long rental periods.

Customers at the business centre can use the A500 running through the centre of Stoke on Trent, to access junction 15 and 16 of the M6 motorway. The town centre is a 10 minute drive from the centre and its rail station, which provides direct trains to London (Euston) to the south and Manchester (Piccadilly) to the north. Local bus routes provide good links for commuters from the surrounding areas.
