Coppull Enterprise Centre in Chorley offers a mixture of offices, meeting and training rooms, studio space, light industrial units, workshops and storage space.
The business centre was originally a cotton spinning mill and has been converted into modern commercial units while retaining many of its original features. The individual units range in size from 100 - 4,000 square feet (9 - 371 square metres).
It is set in a peaceful location and the grounds contain a large lake, which is the perfect place for a relaxing lunch when the weather allows. We also have our very own pub on-site, The Red Herring, which was originally built for mill workers in the early 20th Century.
The centre benefits from a community atmosphere and is home to a variety of businesses - from a publishing and insurance firm to a boxing academy. It is also known as the location of the popular children’s play centre, Playmates.

Most of our offices are suitable for 1 - 10 people, although we have three large, open plan offices on the second floor that are suitable for 25 - 30 staff.
